It’s the flagship issue that started the madness, and ended the sanity!  “Project Asylum Magazine Issue 001” features 22 pages of dastardly old-school illustrations by Nick Moore, but only because he was promised strippers and cream cheese.  (He’s still waiting for the cream cheese.)

This issue contains the classic 1996 short story, “Duck Nuke ‘Em”, featuring Nuke — *shuffles papers to read this properly, squints, and says in a Southern drawl* — “a strung-out, burnt-out leather-wearin’, pot chain-smokin’, big-gun lovin’, no-shirt-wearin’ nymphomaniac who just ain’ raht.

Don’t drop the soap!

The coffee was better back in 1996, but that’s how the story was originally created.  We apologize for any minds (or shorts) blown by the hijinks of this issue.  Nahhh, dig in there and have some fun with added goodies, like “Impossible Is!” and some awesome gallery art!

So what are you waiting for?  Hurry up and grab this graphic novel before the cream cheese finally arrives!  Better yet, grab all three issues of Project Asylum Magazine and “Like” us on Facebook!

And as always, thank you for supporting independent creators!
