Second book in the spin-off series “Tick Tock IPA” introduces Ervin, a Clockwork automaton who falls into a brewery’s fermentation tank, and gains his sentience – surprisingly the exact the opposite of what would happen to a human being.

The world has a vested interest in knowing how this anomaly came be, but Ervin has other things on his mind, such as the freedom of his fellow slave Clockworks.
